Just back after a week away at this beautiful find. Whilst there are shared facilities and just the one shower, these are kept spotlessly clean by Andy who lives on site. the site itself is set in an orchard, it is so quiet and tranquil. We’ve had a lovely week. Relaxing, listening to the birds singing. We did venture out to Robin Hood’s Bay, Flamborough Head, Filey and Whitby. Beautiful places to visit. Even before booking, Andy the owner of the touring site at the property. Made my son who has stayed on the site before and my husband who visited on spec, very welcome and he and my son discussed the site layout etc. This was really important as I am disabled, having several health issues. Andy could not have been more helpful, so we booked a break at the farm. The site itself is set withing stunning countryside, quiet, relaxing, with like minded people staying there too. There are lovely walks and a dog walk on site. The site grounds are kept immaculately being moved and set up most days for new arrivals. Presently there is a disabled toilet, their will be now separate male and female shower and toilet blocks Water waste and elsan are close by. I cannot recommend this site enough, from the road you do not know it is there and it is a hidden gem. You will not be disappointed by the site, price, Andys welcome and friendly support throughout nor the beautiful dales and coastline you can visit.

Just returned from Studley House Farm today. Its a beautiful well kept site, very quiet and in a good area, not far off the A64,so is well positioned for Scarborough, Filey,Whitby,as well as lovely well kept villages, Pickering Malton and Thornton le dale within easy reach. Andrew is a very friendly, helpful man who is only too happy to tow your caravan on and off site if the weather is rather soggy! The village is beautiful with a stream running through and a short walk takes you to the Grapes inn, another very friendly pub with good food. Highly recommended 5 A stars!

We stayed here for three nights in our caravan. The site was easy to find and a very friendly welcome. The location is great for visiting places such as Whitby, Pickering and Filey. This was a fantastic site and we will definitely be returning!

Stayed on Studley Farm touring park adults only site which is well maintained by Andrew and his family and nothing is too much trouble I did have a look at the holiday cottages which were extremely nice and disabled friendly. Nicely kept village and a good place to stay for visiting the coast and national parks. Definitely recommend without hesitation. Nearby activities: Plenty of choice for visiting the coastal resort's or national parks Noteworthy details: Ideal for touring the area

Lovely quiet site The owner was welcoming and helpful. The site was well maintained as can be seen in the photo. Other campers were friendly and helpful. Left on my birthday but not before our camping neighbour gave me a hand crafted bud and others wished me happy birthday. Will definitely go back

Beautiful, quiet campsite! Warm and friendly greeting from Andrew. Level and well drained hardstanding pitches. Clean and warm facilities with plenty of hot water. An ideal adult hideaway. Will book again and recommend without hesitation.
